What kind of chalet is Les Cochettes?
Completed in 2022 and built in the Savoyard tradition — stone walls, solid larch, exposed roof structure, lauze roof — the chalet feels closer to a village house than to a concrete build clad in timber. Inside, aged wood covers walls, floors and the cathedral roof structure. The 90 sqm main living space has a rare four-way exposure, which changes the light from early morning to sunset.
The chalet is rented in full and exclusively: your group has all three floors to itself, with no shared areas.

Where the chalet sits in Courchevel
The chalet is on Route de la Nouvaz, just below Courchevel 1300 Le Praz and three minutes from the village. Le Praz is Courchevel's historic village: stone and timber facades, a lake, village restaurants. The Le Praz gondola reaches Courchevel 1850 in 6 minutes and opens directly onto Les 3 Vallées.
Courchevel's free shuttle stops 50 metres from the chalet and serves the gondola, with one outbound and one return service every hour throughout the day.
Dates, rates and booking
The chalet is rented weekly, from €1,600 per night depending on the season, with limited availability in peak weeks. Flexible arrivals from Thursday to Sunday, with a 6-night minimum, help avoid the busiest transfer days on the road into the Tarentaise valley.
Every enquiry receives a personalised quote based on dates, group size and the services you want.
