What a private chef can cover
Depending on the arrangement: breakfasts, after-ski snacks, dinners by the week or à la carte, and special Christmas or New Year dinners. The chef adapts to the group's tastes and dietary requirements.
For the festive weeks, book very early: chefs available in Courchevel on those dates are taken months in advance.
Cooking yourself: the chalet kitchen
The open kitchen has a Lacanche range cooker and is sized to prepare a meal for 12. It opens onto the dining room for 12 under the roof structure, so whoever is cooking is never cut off from the group.
